If you’ve recently decided to try this Italian specialty, knowing what to serve with Gnocchi can be tricky.

This high-carb dish fills you up quickly, so it’s great for hearty meals like comfort food casseroles or holiday feasts.

But it doesn’t leave much room for other dishes on the table.

1. Oven Roasted Thyme Carrots

These oven-roasted thyme carrots take just 20 minutes, and they’re great if you are looking for what to serve with Gnocchi.

Season the carrots with salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh thyme. Cover them in foil and roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes until tender-crisp.
