10 Bedtime Drinks You Can Use to Burn Belly Fats

Today, we would be looking into a list of homemade drinks recipes that are not only healthy and delicious but can also beat you into an elegant shape and give you all the needed energy.

These original recipes are so basic and easy to get, and yet help you burn all the fat in your belly, and the fantastic part is, you can easily adapt them to your taste.

1. Cucumber drink

I especially love to eat cucumber once in a while. I peel the back, dice it, add some salt and pepper and ding ding ding! The taste is just mesmerizing.

To turn this baby into a fat losing drinking, you only need the following ingredients;

  • A cucumber
  • One lemon
  • A tablespoon of grated ginger
  • A bunch of parsley or you could use cilantro
  • One tablespoon of Aloe Vera
  • Half a glass of water

Blend the above combination into a juice and drink before going to bed. Maintain this for a month and then take a break for a week. The result is always evident. You can continue the circle again if you want.

2. Lime and fresh cucumber

See? I told I knew cucumber could work with anything. All you need to make this combo are;

  • One lime
  • Two cucumbers
  • An orange
  • Honey (as you want it)
  • Mint
  • A liter of sparkling water

Simply blend one of the cucumbers and slice the other into circles. Squeeze the juice out of the lime and orange then add the cucumber, honey, and juice into a large pitcher and mix them together. Add your soda and adorn it with your fresh mint leaves. There you have it. Drink away.

3. Sage drink and pear

You probably walk past some fresh looking pears at the fruit Mayans didn’t think they would do you any good. Well, going thought wrong. Pear combined with sage drink can do your belly more good than you can imagine.

All that’s needed are;

  • A dozen of sage leaves
  • A lime
  • One pear
  • 250 ml of pear juice (packaged or fresh)
  • 250 ml of sparkling water
  • Ice

Simply have the lime sliced, then cut the pear into cubes and leave the in a pitcher. Add your sage leaves then have the ice crush with a mallet or a food processor. Add the crushed ice, pear juice, and your sparkling water.

Treat yourself to a nice cup and watch the magic happen over time.

4. Grape and cinnamon drink

There is so much power in a grapefruit that most people don’t know about. This solution can be done with;

  • 500 ml of grapefruit juice
  • 500 ml of sparkling water
  • A glass of water
  • Two sticks of cinnamon
  • One anise seed
  • Ice
  • Sugar
  • Mint leaves

Add the sugar, cinnamon, and water into a plan and make a syrup with them. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes till the sugar melts. Leave to cool off, then mix the sparkling water, juice, and syrup in a pitcher. Add your ice and Hamish it with anise and mint. The taste is to die for.

5. Lemon drink

Did you know that lemon could keep you energized? How? Well, got would need the following;

  • Five lemons
  • Mint
  • Ice
  • A liter of sparkling water

Simply squeeze out the juice from four out of the five lemons. Have the last one sliced into circles. Almost done. Mix the juice and your sparkling water in a jar and serve with mint and ice. You could serve this to guests if they don’t mind.

This is done with the following ingredients;

  • Four limes
  • Mint
  • A liter of sparkling water
  • Ginger
  • Half a glass of water and some sugar

Squeeze out the juice from the limes, then combine the sugar and 1/2 a glass of water into a pan and simmer till the sugar melts.

Grate the ginger then add it to your syrup. Turn the source of heat down when it starts to boil. Allow the syrup to cool then add your lime juice, your sparkling water, and ice. Garnish the solution with mint and the slices of lime.

7. Apple cider

Apple cider is a very effective and tasty drink you should try. You only need;

  • 1 liter of apple juice
  • One lemon
  • Mint
  • 100 ml of lemon juice
  • Ice

Have the lemon sliced into circles. Pour the apple and the lemon juices into a pitcher, then add the lemon slices, ice, and mint. You could also have the drink served with apple slices.

8. Vegetable drink

I know right? I’m as surprised as you. I had no idea there was such a thing. Well, here you have it.

Vegetable drink can be made from the following ingredients;

  • Three cucumbers
  • A liter of sparkling water
  • Sugar
  • I large bell pepper
  • A lime
  • Estragon leaves or mint
  • Three lemons
  • Ice

Slice the two cucumbers, and the bell pepper then sprinkle them with sugar according to your taste an hour before cooking. Slice the third cucumber and one of the lemon.

Zest the lime and out the juice. Squeeze out the two lemons. Put your estragon or mint into a pitcher and then add the lime zest and slices of your lemon, bell pepper, and cucumber while still moist.

Pour in your lemon and lime juices, followed by the one liter of sparkling water. Add your ice that’s already crushed. You can also garnish the glass cup your drinking the solution with some slices of cucumber or lemon or both.

9. Pineapple drink

Pineapples are of the sweetest fruits, but that’s not the only thing they are known for. You can benefit significantly from these fruits by adding some few things to it.

  • One lemon
  • A liter of sparkling water
  • One can of pineapple juice
  • Mint

Have the water to the boil in your pot or pan, then zest the lemon and have the juice squeezed. Add your sugar to the water and simmer till the sugar melts completely. Add the lemon zest and remove the pot or pan from the source of heat.

With a sieve over the pitcher, pour the syrup, then add the pineapple and lemon juices. Dice the pineapple and add to your drink. Allow cooling to room temperature before putting it inside the fridge. You can serve when freshly cut pineapple.

10. Strawberry and herb drink

You only need the following for this delicious and rich food;

  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Estragon or mint
  • Strawberries
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • Ice

Have the lime and lemon juice in a jar and drop the peels. Cut the strawberries in halves and add them with the herbs into hot water.

Allow the fruit and herbs cool off so it can give of its sweet aroma and flavor. Take the peels out and allow the drink to cool down before adding the sparkling water and ice.
