You’ll need chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, cocoa powder, confectioners’ sugar, and a plastic mold. Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl set over a pot of simmering water. 

Once melted, stir in heavy whipping cream until well blended. Mix in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and cocoa powder until it’s smooth and shiny.

6. Cranberry Pistachio Bites

This no-bake recipe is perfect for the holiday season! It has a festive cranberry and pistachio combo that’s packed with protein.

It is a perfect healthy alternative to cookies or other treats.

  • Cups Pistachios shelled
  • Cup Granola (gluten-free, if needed)

However, to make them, you will need oreo cookies, white chocolate chips (or another favorite flavor), red frosting or gel food coloring, and sprinkles or other decorations. Start by crushing up some oreo cookies into small pieces in a large bowl. 

Nevertheless, melt some white chocolate chips according to the instructions on the package, then add them to your crushed Oreos. Mix together until it becomes a dough-like texture.

17. Gingerbread Men

Start by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the following: a cup of butter (or margarine), a cup of brown sugar, an egg, and tablespoons of molasses.

Mix until well combined. Mix the following in another bowl: cups of flour, teaspoons of baking powder, and a teaspoon of salt. 

Nonetheless, Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until just combined; do not overmix!

Roll out dough with a rolling pin or your hands to form one large rectangle approximately 12 x 18. Cut dough into equal rectangles to have 16 pieces total (in a 4×4 grid).

18. Peppermint Bark Puppy Chow

Mix together cups of Chex cereal, a cup of semisweet chocolate chips, a teaspoon of salt, tablespoons of butter, and teaspoons of peppermint extract in a large bowl.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan and press down firmly to create an even layer. Top with sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy!

19. Bourbon Balls

These no-bake Christmas desserts and bourbon balls are the perfect holiday treat for people who don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen.

They’re easy to make and can be made in advance and stored in your refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them! 

First, get out a large mixing bowl and pour in a bag of chocolate chips. Melt these on the stovetop or microwave them until they have a liquid consistency (a few minutes).

Next, add about a cup of heavy cream and mix until it’s fully incorporated into the chocolate. Add powdered sugar (cup) and stir well.

Finally, add your favorite whiskey (cup) and mix again until it is fully incorporated into the chocolate mixture.

20. Nutter Butter Snowmen

Take two large marshmallows and coat them in melted butter, then roll them into two balls (like you would with cookie dough) and place them side by side on a greased baking sheet.

Cut four circles out of the Nutter Butters using the pretzel as your guide for size. Place two on top of each marshmallow ball and top with another small ball (like you would with cookie dough).

21. Christmas White Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods

This no-bake recipe is simple and delicious and will make your life easier this holiday season. The longest part of the process is waiting for the chocolate to harden. 

On the other hand, If you’re in a hurry, pop them in the freezer instead. To make this recipe even more festive, try dipping the finished pretzel rods in red and green colored chocolate for a touch of seasonal flair.

22. Peppermint Fudge 

In a saucepan, combine one can of sweetened condensed milk and two tablespoons of butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture becomes thick.

Remove from heat and stir a teaspoon of peppermint extract and a tablespoon of cocoa powder. 

Mix well until everything is combined. Pour into a greased 8×8-inch pan. Let cool completely before cutting into squares or bars to serve as one of the most enjoyable no-bake Christmas desserts!

Pumpkin and walnuts are a classic holiday flavor combination. These no-bake Christmas desserts, pumpkin walnut balls, are easy to make, gluten-free, and can be made in advance for on-the-go snacking. 

  • Cup (75g) of pumpkin puree 
  • Tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter (can use any nut butter) 
  • Tablespoons maple syrup 
  • Teaspoon vanilla extract or a pinch of ground ginger 
  • Teaspoon salt 
  • Cups (360g) of oats 
  • Cup (150g) of chopped walnuts, lightly toasted

24. White Chocolate Protein Thumbprints 

Cup of natural peanut butter (or almond butter). Cup liquid egg whites, tablespoons honey, old-fashioned oats, tablespoons ground flaxseed or chia seeds, teaspoon vanilla extract, and tablespoon white chocolate chips.

Combine the peanut butter, egg whites, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Add oats, ground flax seed, and white chocolate chips. Stir until well combined. 

Place heaping tablespoonfuls of dough on parchment paper-lined baking sheets about two inches apart to form twelve cookies per sheet. Flatten each cookie with your thumb to create a round indentation in the center of each one.

25. Candied Grapefruit Peel 

Fruit peel is the perfect no-bake Christmas dessert. The best thing about it is that you don’t have to bake it!

All you need is a grapefruit and some sugar. Peel your grapefruit with a knife, removing all of the pink skin until you reach the white pith.

Slice the peeled grapefruit in half and scoop out all of the flesh with a spoon, being careful not to break through to the peel layer in order to enjoy this as one of the perfect no-bake Christmas desserts.

26. No Bake Biscoff Balls

Mix cups of crushed Biscoff cookies, a cup of coconut oil, and a teaspoon of salt in a large bowl. You can use your hands or a rubber spatula to do this. 

Once the mixture is well combined, add a cup of powdered sugar and mix again. Roll the dough into balls and then roll them in sprinkles.

Place them on parchment paper to set up for one hour before serving it as one of the best no-bake Christmas desserts

27. 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine a cup of peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk or dark corn syrup.

Stir constantly until the mixture reaches about 240 degrees Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer. 

Remove from heat and stir in cups of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped bittersweet chocolate. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Moreover, in a small bowl, mix together tablespoons of cocoa powder and tablespoons of boiling water until smooth.

Add 8 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix well until combined. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and whisk in tablespoons of powdered sugar until smooth and thickened.

28. No Bake Eggnog Cookies

No-bake cookies are a great way to save time during the hectic holiday season. These no-bake Christmas desserts are easy to make and taste delicious. All you need is an oven or microwave, two bowls, a whisk, and some cookie cutters. 

Mix a cup of butter, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and cups of flour in one bowl.

Mix a cup of granulated sugar, tablespoons of brown sugar, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt in the second bowl. 

Stir in one egg, then add the other ingredients from the first bowl until mixed well. Add in some red food coloring if you want them to be more festive looking (optional).

These are the perfect no-bake desserts for when you want something sweet and chocolatey but don’t have time to make anything.

All you need is a bag of rice crispy cereal, a package of mini marshmallows, butter (or microwaveable margarine), and a bag of chocolate chips.

Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop until it’s melted, and add in your cereal and marshmallows. 

Stir until they’re all mixed together. Pour them into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper, flatten them out to cover the entire pan, then melt your chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop until they’re liquid enough for you, and enjoy as no-bake Christmas desserts.

What’s better than a sugar-filled, calorie-laden dessert to kick off the holiday season? A sugar-filled, calorie-laden dessert that you don’t have to bake! And this Skinny Eggnog Fudge is no exception.

So rich and creamy that you’ll never know it’s made with egg whites and low-fat dairy instead of whole milk. 

You only need a few minutes and a handful of ingredients to whip up this easy no-bake treat that makes the perfect addition to any list of no-bake Christmas desserts. 

32. No Bake Snowballs for Santa & Rudolph

  • No Bake Snowballs for Santa and Rudolph (make 2 dozen) 
  • Cups, graham crackers, crushed 
  • Cup butter, softened 
  • Cup granulated sugar 
  • Tablespoon vanilla extract 
  • Teaspoon almond extract 

Put the graham crackers in a large bowl. Add the butter and combine the ingredients with a fork or your hands until it forms crumbs.

Stir in the sugar and extracts. Press into a greased 8-inch square pan. Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave on high for 1 minute (or use candy melts).

Pour melted chocolate over chilled crust and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set chocolate before cutting into squares to serve as presents for Santa and Rudolph!

However, Cookies & Cream Fudge. This treat is all kinds of fun and festive, perfect for any occasion. It’s a chocolate fudge with crushed Oreos as the crust and sprinkled on top before it sets. 

You’ll need heavy cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and an 8×8 pan. 

34. Frosted Cheesecake Truffles 

These truffles look like they take a lot more work than they actually do!

35. Pretzel Snowmen 

Cut out a pretzel head, a pretzel neck, and arms, then put an M&M on the head for the nose. Cut out two small circles for the eyes.

Slice up some mini marshmallows and stick them to the eyes for pupils. Stick on a brown M&M under the nose for a mouth.

Cut out 2 small circles from peppermint candy cane sticks and use them as antlers by sticking them between two pretzel arms and adding peppermint to one of the mini marshmallow pupils. You can attach ribbons or strings to hang them up with or just lay them down.

One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is all the delicious desserts, but sometimes it’s just too much to deal with.

Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is one of my favorites because it tastes like a peppermint patty but without all the hassle.

All you need is two ingredients: chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Mix them together, pour them into a pan, and refrigerate for an hour or two (or until set). The hardest part is waiting for it to be set up!

37. No Bake Peppermint Cheesecake

Melt a stick of butter, a cup of cocoa, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir in a cup of powdered sugar and 2 tbsp milk to the mixture.

Pour it into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Once the chocolate has set, cut it into squares and serve with peppermint whipped cream!

38. Peppermint Patty Bark 

One of my favorite no-bake desserts is peppermint patty bark. It’s a cinch to make and is so festive! All you need are some chocolate almond bark, peppermints, and green food coloring.

Melt the chocolate bark in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler and mix in the green food coloring. 

Once the chocolate has melted, pour it into a 9×9 square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Place half of the peppermints on top of the melted chocolate, then scatter half of them around the edges.

Repeat this process again with another layer of melted chocolate and peppermints; place these in rows to create stripes.

39. Mint Julep Fudge

Line an 8×8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk, a cup of butter, tsp vanilla extract, 3 cups mini marshmallows, and 2 drops of green food coloring until blended.

Pour the mixture into the pan and press down evenly with your hand to make sure there are no air bubbles in the fudge.

40. S’mores Toffee Bark 

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we’ve got no-bake Christmas desserts that will make your holidays easier.

This simple recipe has only two ingredients – saltine crackers and chocolate. Melt together chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until everything is smooth. 

Nevertheless, Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate evenly across the bottom of the pan.

Break up crackers into pieces and place them in rows on top of the chocolate layer. Sprinkle salt over the top of all the layers (optional). Let it set for about 1 hour before breaking it apart into individual servings.

There’s no baking required. Stir together a few ingredients and heat them on the stovetop until they’re bubbly.

These Hot Chocolate Cereal Treats are reminiscent of childhood and make a great gift for neighbors or coworkers. 

You can customize them with your favorite cereal – our personal favorites were Honey Nut Cheerios and Cocoa Krispies. The best part is that they’re easy to make. No oven is required!

54. English Walnut Toffee

This recipe is so easy and can be made the day before. It’s a perfect dessert for parties because it can be made in advance and taken out of the fridge when you’re ready to serve it.

If you want, add some milk chocolate or grated dark chocolate on top for decoration.

  • Cups of caster sugar (or other granulated sugar) 
  • Cup whole milk 
  • A pinch salt 
  • Tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into chunks (or use margarine) 
  • Teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
  • Cup walnuts, coarsely chopped.

55. No Bake Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Bars

These no-bake Christmas desserts bars are the perfect choice when you want something sweet but don’t have the time or patience to bake. The best part about these is that they’re made with only six ingredients and require no baking. 

All you need is a food processor and some parchment paper! Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, so it hangs over two sides. 

In a food processor, combine tablespoons of peanut butter, tablespoons of honey, and a cup of coconut flakes.

Also, a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1⁄2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Process until well combined.

56. Chocolate Truffles with Coconut & Almond

The easiest way to make chocolate truffles is with two ingredients: melted chocolate and coconut oil. The only other thing you need to do is roll them around in crushed almonds, coconut flakes, or cocoa powder.

Truffles are one of the best no-bake desserts because they don’t require baking at all. You must melt some chocolate and mix it with coconut oil until it is smooth. 

Then spoon it into mini muffin cups (or any container) and refrigerate until it sets up. Remove from the muffin cups, roll around in your toppings of choice, then eat!

57. Banana Ice Cream

This easy and quick dessert is perfect for when you want something sweet but doesn’t have the time to cook. You need ripe bananas, vanilla extract, honey, cinnamon, salt, and almond milk. 

Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces (you can freeze them beforehand if you want). Place the bananas into a food processor with all of the ingredients except almond milk. Process until smooth. Add almond milk as needed to desired consistency.

58. No Bake Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Bars

  • Cup oat flour 
  • Cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth 
  • Cup of dark chocolate chips 
  • Teaspoon salt 

Teaspoon vanilla extract cup shredded coconut, unsweetened (or sweetened). Melt the peanut butter and chocolate together in a saucepan on low heat. Stir until well combined. Let it cool down to room temperature. 

Put the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a spoon until you have an even consistency. Add the contents of the bowl to the saucepan and stir on low heat until you get an even mixture again!

59. Rice Krispie Treats

This is the easiest of all no-bake desserts! All you need are Rice Krispies, marshmallows, butter, and chocolate.

Melt the butter and marshmallows together over low heat. Stir in the rice cereal until it’s fully coated with gooey goodness.

Press into an 8×8 inch pan coated with cooking spray and let set for about an hour before cutting into squares. These treats are great to make with kids because there’s no oven involved!

60. Fruit Popsicles

These are really easy-to-make no-bake Christmas desserts. They don’t require an oven, so they can be made year-round.

All you need are some popsicle molds and your favorite fruit! I am using strawberries for this recipe, but blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and peaches would also be great options.
