Start by hard boiling your eggs (let them cool down before you peel them), then cut them in half. Scoop out the yolk with a spoon.

Mix it with avocado or mayonnaise, or make a creamier mixture with yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard. 

Put it back into the egg-white halves. Then sprinkle some paprika on top or even some dill weed if desired!

16. Easy Oven-Baked Zucchini Chips

These simple oven-baked zucchini chips are easy to make and can be paired with any dip, such as hummus or salsa.

The list of ingredients is as follows: Black beans, Canned corn, olive oil, Lemon juice, Chopped cilantro, and salt. Drain and rinse the black beans and corn in a colander.

Mix drained beans and corn with olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, and salt in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a dip for veggies like carrots or celery sticks.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Start with your favorite gluten-free bread. If you can’t find any in the store, you can make your own by following a gluten-free recipe.

Instructions: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about one minute. Stir in basil, salt, pepper, spinach, and cream cheese; cook until the cream cheese melts.

Black beans, ground turkey, tomato sauce, and tortilla chips are layered together in a bowl and then topped with cheese.

The best part about this recipe is that you can easily modify it to your taste preferences by adding more or fewer ingredients as desired.

  • Start by layering some black beans on the bottom of a bowl. 
  • Add some ground turkey to the beans, followed by some tomato sauce. 
  • Sprinkle on some cheese and add another layer of black beans. 
  • Continue layering until there are three layers with tortilla chips at the top.

We enjoy the tomato, basil, and mozzarella combination year-round. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste; you’re ready to go.

This gluten free Christmas appetizer is easy to make and will be a guaranteed hit at your holiday party.

You can easily add or omit ingredients according to what you have on hand. 

This recipe is one of my favorite go-to gluten-free Christmas appetizers because it’s always a crowd-pleaser!

  • Slice sweet onion in half and place face down in an oven-safe dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. 
  • Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes or until browned and soft.
  • Remove from oven and let cool before peeling off the skin.
