If you thought pregnancy complications could only happen to you, you couldn’t be more wrong.

It can happen to anybody and everybody, including celebrities. And while you may not have everyone discussing it openly, some do.

Celebrity mommies are no exception when it comes to pregnancy complications.

Preeclampsia is one such complication, which is a condition in which the blood pressure of expectant mothers increases greatly.

A regular check-up and ensuring that you take the proper medications is important in such a scenario. It ensures expectant mothers to give birth properly.

However, more often than not, there is a misdiagnosis, which means that expectant mothers don’t know what they are suffering from until it becomes a bit too late.

It usually occurs during 20 weeks of pregnancy and, if not controlled, can lead to organ damage and can be fatal for both the mother and child.

There are no biochemical symptoms, but there are some physical symptoms, which include swelling of the feet.

Some women tend to show increased blood pressure even after delivering the baby.
